City Manager Kimberly Bizor Tolbert noted that local leadership is still awaiting crucial details from federal organizers regarding the exact demands on city services.

If the gathering creates extra operational costs, Dallas will establish a dedicated pay code for police officers and emergency personnel logging additional hours. This mechanism will allow the city to calculate precise costs before submitting them for federal reimbursement, mirroring the process used during local FIFA World Cup events.

Tolbert explained that while federal funding typically offsets local costs when municipal emergency resources are required at scale, the exact level of support for this event remains to be seen.

Public Safety Chief Dominique Artis confirmed that detailed operational planning is just beginning, with federal officials taking the lead. Dallas authorities expect a clearer picture of municipal expenses as joint coordination with the White House progresses.
