Community members recently toured major bond construction sites across Plano ISD to see firsthand the progress of new learning spaces, innovative upgrades, and major renovations. The tours included stops at the CTE Center, Williams High School, Haggard Middle School, and all three senior high schools. Participants traveled via Plano ISD’s electric school buses, allowing them to view the improvements up close.

In November 2022, voters approved a $1.34 billion bond package and a Voter-Approval Tax Rate Election (VATRE), funding safety enhancements, ADA-accessible playgrounds at all elementary schools, and other district-wide improvements. These projects are guided by community priorities and are set to serve students for decades to come.
