A new lifestyle-focused hotel is coming to Addison, Texas, as the region continues to see rapid growth in tourism and business travel. Hotel Dax is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026 at 14315 Midway Road, developed by Centurion American Development Group and managed by Dallas-based Dreamscape Hospitality.

The hotel is designed to move beyond the traditional business model, offering spaces for meetings, social gatherings, and daily use. Its name, Hotel Dax, honors the Dallas Addison Exchange, reflecting the area’s history as a business and cultural hub.

Phase One of the project includes nearly 32,000 square feet of redesigned event space, four dining and beverage venues, a resort-style pool, a Topgolf Swing Suite, and contemporary interiors by Merriman Anderson Architects. Meeting facilities feature 22 flexible rooms and a 7,680-square-foot Trinity Ballroom for corporate events and social celebrations.

Phase Two, planned for 2027, will renovate the hotel’s 426 guest rooms and suites, ensuring ongoing investment and a consistent upscale experience.

Dining options are central to Hotel Dax’s concept:

• Bar Dax – Social gathering spot with cocktails, small plates, and game viewing
• Outdoor Pool Lounge – Poolside bar open to locals and guests
• Brewed – Specialty coffee and grab-and-go market

Amenities include a resort-style pool, 5,000-square-foot 24-hour fitness center, a Hertz service desk, a Topgolf Swing Suite, and a courtesy shuttle to the DART Silver Line, connecting guests across North Texas, including DFW International Airport.
