The Hershey Co. is expanding its presence in North Texas with plans to establish a new corporate office at The Tower at HALL Park in Frisco. According to state filings, the company will build out a 16,000-square-foot workspace on the 12th floor of the office tower. Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2026, with the project expected to be completed by late summer. The build-out is estimated to cost about $2.85 million.
The new office will serve as a regional hub for Hershey employees and marks another major corporate addition to Frisco’s rapidly growing business landscape.
Part of the Expanding HALL Park Campus
Hershey’s new office will be located inside The Tower at HALL Park, a 16-story building designed with modern workplace amenities. Features of the tower include private terraces on every floor, a large outdoor hospitality deck and access to nearby green spaces. Employees will also benefit from an on-site fitness center and close proximity to the 5.7-acre Kaleidoscope Park, a central feature of the HALL Park redevelopment. The building sits next to the HALL Park Hotel, which offers more than 20,000 square feet of event space along with the Italian restaurant Palato.
Frisco Continues to Attract Major Companies
Hershey joins a growing list of food and beverage brands establishing operations within the $7 billion HALL Park redevelopment, including Greek yogurt company Chobani. The project is part of a broader transformation of the 162-acre HALL Park campus, which aims to combine office space, retail, dining and residential options into a walkable mixed-use district.
City leaders and developers say the addition of companies like Hershey highlights Frisco’s continued success in attracting major corporate tenants as the area evolves into one of North Texas’ key business hubs.
