Princeton Independent School District continues its upward performance trend, earning an overall B rating for the 2024–25 academic year, according to the latest accountability results released by the Texas Education Agency. The district received a scaled score of 81, a modest increase from last year’s 80, reflecting consistent academic progress.
Two campuses stood out in this year’s evaluations. Harper Elementary and Clark Middle School achieved A ratings, placing them among the district’s highest-performing schools. Six additional campuses earned Bs, contributing to the district’s strong overall showing.
Superintendent Donald McIntyre said the results highlight the collective work happening across classrooms and campuses.
“We are incredibly proud of our schools that earned top marks and the continued efforts of students, staff and families districtwide,” McIntyre said. “Our focus remains on constant improvement and ensuring every student has access to high-quality learning opportunities.”
The accountability ratings provide an annual snapshot of academic performance, student growth and overall campus achievement across Texas public schools.
