Frisco, TX – Frisco’s skyline is set for a major transformation as Fields West begins vertical construction, signaling a new era for the city’s urban landscape. The mixed-use development, spanning 360,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment, along with 350,000 square feet of Class-A office space, will also feature more than 1,100 luxury residences developed by Columbus Realty Partners. Openings are planned to roll out from late 2027 into 2028.
A Curated Urban Village
Designed as a pedestrian-friendly destination, Fields West will feature tree-lined paseos, wide sidewalks, and green gathering spaces connecting restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. With 70% of the space already pre-leased, SHOP Companies is leading the leasing efforts. Olivia Karahan Charapko, Managing Director, emphasized that the project focuses on quality and timeless design to create an elevated experience for residents and visitors alike.
Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment Highlights
The development’s dining scene is set to impress, with confirmed restaurants including Mexican Sugar, Sixty Vines, Claremont, Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, and Mastro’s Steakhouse, marking its North Texas debut. Retail offerings will include Crate and Barrel, Culinary Dropout, Design Within Reach, Gorjana, Landry Kate, North Italia, Maman, TravisMathew, and U Med Spa, complementing previously announced tenants such as Bloomie’s, Alo Yoga, Arhaus, Kendra Scott, Pottery Barn, Sephora, and Williams Sonoma.
Building Frisco’s Future
Construction is moving forward after Fields West secured a $425 million loan earlier this year. Developer Fehmi Karahan highlighted the significance of the milestone: “Seeing the development go vertical this month is very exciting. Opening Fields West in 2027 will change Frisco forever.”
With its blend of luxury residences, high-end shopping, premium dining, and Class-A office space, Fields West is positioned to become one of North Texas’ most ambitious urban destinations, redefining Frisco living and setting a new standard for the region.
